Sponge Pastry Shop is was started in 1985 as a small restaurant by J.V.S. Pandithasekera with his many years of experience as a top pastry chef in the hotel industry. Now, “Sponge” is an established and well known name among everyone.
Our menu currently consists of a diverse selection from sweets, cakes & savories to burgers, rice &noodles among many others. We also accept orders for wedding structures, design cakes, shape cakes and even customized & personalized sponge creations.
